1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Bareframe Studio website and any course enquiry or expression of interest submitted through it. “Bareframe Studio”, “Bareframe”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bareframe Studio in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

A confirmed enrolment may be subject to additional written terms covering the particular course, fees, schedule, refunds, safeguarding and venue rules. We will provide those terms before enrolment or payment. If a signed course agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that course.

2. Course requests and enrolment

• Submitting a request allows us to contact you, recommend suitable courses and explain the registration process.
• A place is confirmed only when Bareframe sends written confirmation and any required registration steps and payment have been completed.
• Course availability, capacity, instructors, dates, venues, delivery format and fees may change before confirmation.
• You must provide accurate, current information and promptly tell us if relevant details change.

3. Students under 18

If a student is under 18, the request must be made or authorised by the student's parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian confirms that they have authority to provide the student's information and receive communications about the request.

We may ask for reasonable evidence of age, identity, guardianship, emergency contacts, medical or accessibility information when it is necessary for safe course delivery. Do not send sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.

4. Fees, payment and refunds

No payment is required merely to express interest. If a paid course is offered, we will state the fee, currency, due date, accepted payment method and applicable cancellation or refund terms before payment. Discounts apply only where confirmed by Bareframe and may have expiry dates, limits or course-specific conditions.

5. Attendance, conduct and completion

Confirmed students must follow reasonable instructor, venue, health and safety, acceptable-use, safeguarding and respectful-conduct requirements. Certificates or completion status may depend on attendance, submitted work, assessments and other course requirements communicated in advance.

We may remove a participant from a session or programme where reasonably necessary to protect learners, staff, property or service integrity. Any financial consequence will be considered under the applicable course-specific terms and law.

6. Course changes and cancellations

We may reasonably change an instructor, room, timetable, delivery method or course content. If Bareframe cancels or makes a material change to a confirmed paid course, the options available to the student will be explained in writing and may include transfer, credit or refund as required by the applicable agreement and law.

7. Materials and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Bareframe and its licensors retain ownership of the website, branding, course materials, templates, recordings and other content. Confirmed students receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use course materials for their own learning. Materials must not be sold, published, shared publicly or used to teach others without written permission.

Students retain ownership of original work they create, subject to any third-party assets or course-specific project terms. Bareframe will request separate permission before using identifiable student work, photographs, video or testimonials for promotional purposes.

8. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or use the site in violation of law. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply.

9. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep public information accurate and the website available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item is free from error. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Bareframe is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on preliminary course information or third-party services.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, who may receive it and the choices available to you. Marketing permission is optional and is not required to submit a course request.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The competent courts of Oman will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute process that applies. We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change; the date above shows the latest version.
